2009 New England Energy Conference and Exposition

The Connecticut Hydrogen – Fuel Cell Coalition (Coalition) was an exhibitor at the sixteenth annual New England Energy Conference and Exposition, which took place May 18th-19th, 2009 in Mystic Connecticut. CCAT participated in the conference with the intent of showcasing Coalition members’ companies and organizations, attracting businesses to Connecticut, and promoting the Coalition.

The conference brought together industry leaders and public officials from all sectors affecting the energy industry to discuss and debate the issues facing the New England energy markets. External events including the economy, the turmoil in the credit markets, and the change of Administration in Washington have greatly impacted our industry. The conference examined the impacts of these external events on the New England energy markets.

Distinguished experts from all sectors of the industry, and public policy advocates offered their candid views and in-depth analyses on key topics, including:

- Energy Drivers for a Renewed Economy

- Responses and Challenges in a Renewed Economy

- Infrastructure: How Green is thy Pasture?

- Finance and Credit Issues in the Power Industry
